Return and Refund Policy

Piscines René Pitre is redoubling its efforts to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. However, if an incident occurs (breakage or error), please send us details and photos by email at jeanfrancois@piscinesrenepitre.com so that our team can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of an order

It is possible to return your goods within 30 days of your order receipt date.

The returned product must be new, unused and in its original packaging. No refunds will be made on a used product or when the 30-day period has expired.

Procedure to follow:

1. Submit a return request by email at jeanfrancois@piscinesrenepitre.com by providing the requested information.
2. You will receive an email from our customer service indicating the steps to follow for the return
3. 2-5 days following receipt of your package in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will credit your account with the price of the returned item.

NOTES

It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for returned merchandise.

Piscine René Pitre is not responsible for loss or damage incurred when returning merchandise.

No unauthorized return of merchandise will be accepted or refunded.
