Shipping Policy

Our products will be delivered to you by the Piscine René Pitre team.

*We offer delivery within a radius of 35 KM and subject to any reservations. Charges may apply under certain conditions.

NOTES

It is the responsibility of the customer to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, our customer service department will contact the customer to correct the information. Charges for a second delivery will be required.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery and no compensation will be granted in this regard.

Cancellation of an order already shipped could be subject to additionnal shipping and handling charges.
